Three generations of experience and knowledge culminate in this outstanding Tsipouro. Produced solely from the Mavrodaphne grape, an indigenous grape of the Achaia region of Western Greece. Slow distillation of the grape pomace in an alembic still is followed by a second distillation, producing a clean and smooth final spirit. Expressive aromas of honey and red cherry on the nose with a sweet palate of ripened and candied red fruits leading to a rounded finish.
